Enjoy a balanced, flavorful meal prep service tailored for convenience and nourishment. This plan includes lunch and dinner for 5 days of the week at $200 per week. To promote overall wellness, some meals will be meatless—offering a refreshing variety that is just as hearty and satisfying. 


Week 1 Menu

Lunch:
🥪 Chicken Caesar Sandwich & Fruit – A delightful blend of romaine, parmesan, ground croutons, and creamy dressing layered in a soft ciabatta roll, served with fresh seasonal fruit.
🥗 Cajun Crab Pasta Salad – A bold and zesty combination of imitation crab, bell peppers, red onions, tossed in a Cajun sauce.

Nacho Kit

Dinner:

🍽 Turkey & Spinach Meatloaf with Brussels Sprouts – A wholesome twist on a classic, this turkey and spinach meatloaf is juicy, flavorful, and paired with brussels sprouts.
🍗 Lemon Herb Baked Chicken Thighs with Savory Oatmeal – Juicy chicken thighs infused with citrusy lemon and fragrant herbs, complemented by a delicious savory oatmeal.
