Dum dum duh dum!  Here comes the bride!  Oh, I'm so excited for you guys.  And Im just as excited that you are considering me to come and show out for you and your guests.  I have been catering for over 7 years and it is something I definitely have come to master.  I will make sure that I am not catering any other events the weekend of your engagement party to make sure that your day has my undivided attention.  When I arrive, I do my own setup to assure that the buffet table not only looks appealing but has everything needed to make self- serving easy.  Once everyone has eaten, any remaining food will be removed and set in the kitchen and the buffet will be broken down to remove distractions from any activities.  I will require 1-2 hours for set up and take down.  

Please note that I do not provide plates, silverware, napkins, glasses or to go trays but they can be added for a rental fee from an outsourced company.

I can assure you, none of your food will come from a grocery store.  It will all be from a local butcher and prepared in a safe space.  If you would desire a tasting, I can come to you to provide one but, that will be an additional fee.  If you choose to go this route, I suggest inviting a few friends and making a dinner out of it.

Dinner Menu - $3,108.60

Appetizers (Finger Foods)

  • Mini Crab Cakes: Served with a zesty remoulade sauce.
  • Stuffed Mushroom Caps: Filled with garlic, herbs, and cream cheese.

Main Entrees

  • Herb-Crusted Chicken Breast: Topped with a lemon butter sauce.
  • Slow-Cooked Beef Roast: Tender and smoky, served with root vegetables.
  • Vegetarian Penne Primavera: Tossed with seasonal vegetables in a light garlic and olive oil sauce.

Sides

  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Creamy with a hint of roasted garlic.
  • Honey-Glazed Carrots: Roasted to perfection.
  • Seasonal Greens

Breads & Spreads

  • Artisan Bread Basket: A variety of rolls and sliced breads served with whipped herb butter.
  • Hummus & Pita Platter: Traditional, roasted red pepper, and garlic hummus.

Beverages (Non-Alcoholic)

  • Lemonade Bar: Classic lemonade, strawberry lemonade, and cucumber-mint lemonade.

Desserts

  • Mini Cheesecake Bites: Assorted flavors (classic, berry swirl, chocolate).
  • Brownie Bites: Decadent, fudgy squares topped with a sprinkle of sea salt.
If you choose to add servers, each server is $100 each. Your total comes to $3,108.60. To lock in your date, a deposit of 50% is due upon receipt of this proposal. Please note, while payments are non-refundable, I guarantee a seamless and delicious experience—and I’ll always notify you promptly if I’m unable to fulfill my commitment.
