Ms. Bianca, thank you so much for considering Chef Tae of Allante's Kitchen to cater this brunch for you and your friends. I am aware that I am unable to cook in your clubhouse and only a refrigerator, sink, and microwave are available. I would like to get to you an hour and a half in advance to make sure everything is prepared on time.

Your total is $800, and that includes my travel fee. This total is due as soon as possible to hold your date. After May 4th, if you still would like to book, a rush fee will be added. Once the balance is paid, it is nonrefundable, as I will begin purchasing as soon as possible.
