Below, I have listed some options that I think will help make this day a great hit. Please let me know the location and if I may cook on site as soon as you can. Also, I would need to know if the location will supply dinnerware, silverware and glasses. If they do not, that will be an additional cost. To make sure this day goes off without a hitch, I will need 15 servers. This will cost $1,500.
I envision the day starting off with Tapas. Here are a few options to choose from. You do not have to choose all but two or three will definitely keep the rumbling of the growling stomachs down.

Charcuterie Cone- a paper cone filled with crackers, sliced deli meats and cheeses. $1,500 |

You can pick and choose anything above to create the perfect menu for your event. Once you decide, please let me know and I will calculate the costs. Your deposit of 50% is due as soon as possible to hold your date. Once the deposit is received, items will begin to be purchased so the deposit is non-refundable. If for any reason, I can not fulfill my obligations and serve you on the agreed upon date and time, I full refund will be awarded to you.
