We also discussed you guys will not require serving utensils or servers. Just wire chafers and sterno. Your meeting begins at 2pm so I aim to arrive by 1:45pm. But, the sterno's hold heat for 4 hours. Please keep that in mind. Your total is $12 per person. Totaling $300. Payment will hold your date.
