Appetizer- Roasted beets with grapefruit, arugula, goat cheese and a shallot grapefruit vinaigrette
Second Course- lobster risotto
Entrée- Prime Rib, loaded potato and Seasonal greens
Dessert- baked whole pear drizzled with Baker’s dipping chocolate served with vanilla bean ice cream
