Hello, Raven and thank you so much for considering Chef Tae to cater this epic birthday for you. Below, I have listed some options that I think will help make this day a great hit. Please let me know the time and if I may cook on site as soon as you can.
I know you wanted to do tapas (small plates). So, the cost of food, creative dishes and cutlery comes to $900. If you supply the plates and forks yourself, I can do this for $10 per person, which comes to $600. That includes a hefty discount because you are Hawk's friend.
Also, my travel fee is normally $1,200. But, because of your association with my brother, I will only charge you for my flight; which is $400.
That brings your total to $1,300 with my creative spin on serving plates and forks or $1,000 if you supply plates and forks. We can split payments in whatever way works for you, with the final payment being paid on May 27th. I will need a deposit of $400 to book the flight and save your date.
