For this Fathers Day event, I curated a menu. Here is what we came up with:

BBQ Parfaits- 4oz jars layered with macaroni and cheese, baked beans, shredded chicken and topped with either mashed potatoes or sweet potato soufflé

Burger Sliders- turkey burger topped with chipotle aioli, cheddar cheese & Big Dave's Pickles

Chicken Sliders- grilled chicken topped with coleslaw

For this event, it will cost $16.70/ person. That is $1,002. This price covers the food and supplies needed to help make this night a success. I will do my own set up and we will do cleanup as well to make sure we are out of the venue in a timely fashion. A deposit of 50% books your date. The final 50% is due two weeks before the event date.
If you should require a tasting, that is a separate cost. Let me know what you would like to taste and I will calculate that for you.
